Students have many opportunities to participate in school life. At each school level, students are involved in outstanding athletics, arts, service and co-curricular programmes.
The school ensures that each student encounters valuable experiences in all these areas, providing a solid foundation for life beyond LCIS.
They can also enrol in any of a large number of activities, from community service, steel band, choir, drama productions, Model United Nations, Rotary Interact Club to both competitive and social activities in sports. International events and celebrations are organised for both students and parents, highlighting different aspects of diverse cultures, as well as field trips exploring the culture of The Bahamas.
Every summer, LCIS offers a variety of exciting experiences, including enrichment, athletic and performing arts programmes.
Recent summer programmes have included expert football (soccer) training with coaches from England's Premiere League, a musical performance camp, dance training with a coach from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York, and much more.

"My personal experience with the after-school activities has been a brilliant one. I find myself exposed to a variety of programmes, including the Robotics Club, musical theater, Jazz Band, and providing math tutoring to younger students. LCIS allows the students a diverse and enriched learning experience, both inside and outside the classroom.”
