Kylie is a former Co-Chair of the Board of Directors and has been a Governor since 2015. She joined the Board in 2011. She and her husband Jamie have two children who are LCIS alumni, Lila who is now at Brown University and Tamsin who attends the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Kylie went to Georgetown University and spent a number of years working with the accounting and advisory firm KPMG. She also served as a Director of the Lyford Cay Foundation.

Lauren joined the Board in 2021 and is the chair of the Education & Wellness Committee. She and her husband Cameron have two children, Elizabeth in Pre K and Roland in Grade 1.

Lauren currently runs HCap Consulting Ltd., a Human Resources consulting business. Lauren has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources working within the Financial and Hospitality industries, most recently serving as Director of Benefits & Development at Baha Mar. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business from Queen’s University. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management

Tatiana joined the Board in 2021 and is a member of the Finance Committee. She and her husband Lucas have two children, Julia in Grade 7 and Luke in Grade 10 at LCIS.

She is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of the Primo Investment Fund. Tatiana graduated with a degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Florida International University.

Carter joined the Board in 2021. He and his wife Carmen have three children, Louis in Pre-K and twins, Alexander and Nicholas in Grade 4 at LCIS.

Carter is currently an investor in consumer technology and a marketing advisor. He recently retired as Global CEO of FCB - Foote, Cone & Belding. He is also Chairman of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Hall of Fame. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.

Katie is a former Co-Chair of the Board of Directors and has been a Governor since 2011. She joined the Board in 2005. She and her husband Sarkis have three children, all LCIS alumni, Dikran and Lilly who are both now at Georgetown University, and Annabel who is at The Taft School.

Katie graduated from Georgetown University and worked as a Buyer for Ralph Lauren.

Bruno has rejoined the Board as a Governor this year. Previously, he served as a Director in the 1990s and again from 2015 to 2021. He qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1989 and completed his tenure with Ernst & Young in 1996, including two years with the New York Firm. His principal areas of expertise are financial services, management consultancy and the provision of corporate advice. He has had three children attend LCIS, Alexis, Justin and Savannah.

Bruno acted as a consultant to The Private Trust Corporation Limited in 2000, was appointed a Director in August 2001 and currently services as Chief Operating Officer.

Bruno is a former Chairman of the Bahamas Financial Services Board (“BFSB”) and currently serves as Chairman of the Association of International Banks and Trust Companies. He provides directorships to a number of non-profit and for profit institutions.
